  • In-Stock & Standard Items: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is verified.
  • Custom Items: Processing time varies per design. Please refer to the product description or your custom order confirmation for an estimated crafting timeline (typically 2-4 weeks) before shipment. You will receive a notification once your item is completed and ready to ship.

2. Shipping

We partner with trusted carriers such as EMS UPS, FedEx, and USPS for secure delivery.

  • Carriers: We primarily use UPS International or DHL Express for reliable and trackable service.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, not including customs clearance time.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and value.
  • Please Read Carefully: You, the customer, are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we have no control over them. Please contact your local customs office for information on potential charges.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on our site to view tracking information.


4. Shipping Address & Corrections

  • Accuracy is Critical: You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please double-check it before submitting your order.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
  • Failed Deliveries/Address Errors: We are not responsible for packages lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipment will require a new shipping fee.

5. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

  • Insurance: All shipments are automatically insured against loss and damage during transit for the full value of the order.
  • Lost/Stolen Claims: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible or contact us immediately with photos of the damaged box and contents. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

6. Holidays & Delays

Shipping and processing times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
